Administrative HR
Administrative HR includes that which a company or organization needs to do to stay in compliance with California laws. This includes assurance of proper employee training such as sexual harassment training, assurance of proper worker permits, assurance of proper installation of legal work posters, making sure employee pay stubs are correct and distributed, and assurance of having up to date and correct legal papers.
Strategic HR
Strategic HR includes improving morale amongst all of staff. This is achieved by team building sessions, meetings with staff to address and prevent work burn out, and providing education or training that would be beneficial to the different staff members.
Emergency HR
Emergency HR includes handling urgent matters that pop up unexpectedly such as sexual harassment, wrongful termination, or any other extremely detrimental situation that affects the company or organization’s staff very negatively. Handling would include having meetings, planning next steps, and insuring proper legal action.
