Experienced Professionals here to help make your workplace better for all

About us:

Hello! We are Human Justice (HJ) Consulting. We were founded in 2021 by Hakan Jackson with the goal to make the workplace less dreadful for both employees and managers alike. Since our organization’s creation, we have had four nonprofit organizations as clients and five employees. We aim to provide fair HR consulting by having both our client’s specific needs/problems and California’s strict HR Laws in mind. We understand that work can feel dreadful to both employees and managers, so we aim to help transform the workplace into a more positive and enriching experience for everyone. We are passionately believe that we shouldn’t just “live to work”, we should have a healthy balance that helps us grow rather than keep us miserably stagnant.

Danielle Gonzales

Hello Everyone! My name is Danielle Gonzales and I am currently a Human Resources Assistant at HJ Consulting. I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and am currently based out of San Bernardino. I also currently work as a Barista at Starbucks, therefore I feel my customer interaction there has helped develop many of my people skills. I first became interested in the HR field when I had another internship where I would do more recruiting and I enjoyed it so I wanted to explore the field a bit more. In my free time I enjoy playing video games, listening to music, reading fiction or fantasy, and browsing the internet. Hope you’re having a great morning, day, or night and can’t wait to potentially work with you!
